Today, 23 of February 2026, ArmIX Foundation has launched an access point for users in the Shirak region in the city of Gyumri.
The newly launched node, ShArmIX, is the first point of exchange for Armenian Internet traffic outside of Yerevan. From now on, companies providing Internet services in the Shirak region, as well as other state and private organizations, can connect to the Armenian Internet exchange area in Gyumri.
